Jean helped us get our first home and was there every step of the way. We were able to find a home a home close in 1 month! She is awesome! Answered every question and was there when needed. Highly recommend!

Jean was amazing! She was always responsive getting tours set up for us, even responding when I reached out at 10pm or 7am the day after Thanksgiving! If she wasn’t available, she was willing to set us up with a partner to help us to see a house we showed interest in. As first time home buyers, Jean was so helpful in walking us through the whole process and making sure to answer any questions we had! Going through the negotiation was made easier with her expertise. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

I highly recommend Jean. Very efficient, responsive and great communication. Very knowledgeable in the market. Appropriately priced our home. It was sold in 3 days with several offers. Very pleased with the whole process during and after the sale and preparation for closing.

We decided to sell our home and contacted Ideal Agent. We selected Jean as her profile indicated she was a Christian. Jean helped us price the home correctly for the market and our home’s condition. We received many offers higher than list price quickly, selected one and the buyer eventually got cold feet. After three more accepted offers where the buyers opted out, a fifth offer (higher than list) from a buyer that loved our home eventually closed. Jean was able to keep on top of this turbulence and navigated through all of these offers and events to keep our tensions down and minimize inconvenience and stress for our family. All I can say is that Jean Reich is amazing. I have bought and sold many homes with her and have had nothing but wonderful service. She is available for you any time, lets you know what is going on with the purchase or the sale of the home. She answered all my questions very quickly and believe me I have a lot of questions to ask. She knows that I am inpatient but always took care of everything quickly. She has made every experience with her painless and I truly appreciate it. I would highly recommend Jean. I will absolutely use her on my next home transaction.
