Jeb is an excellent real estate professional. Jeb helped us purchase our new home and sell our existing home. Jeb's is an excellent and effective communicator, which is critical in timely transactions like real estate. When every moment makes a difference and things get exciting, Jeb remains, calm, unemotional and offers sincere, honest advice. During the purchase of our new home, we ended up in a multi-offer, counter-offer situation and Jeb's expertise and experience proved tremendously helpful and we were fortunate to have our offer accepted with his guidance spot on. Through communicating with the other Agent and thorough understanding of the local market and current listings, he knew where we needed to be and what we needed to do to get our counter offer accepted. When listing our home, Jeb suggested a price we were comfortable with and we all expected to sell for. With current market conditions, he knew the home would go fast and likely result in multiple offers, which is exactly what happened the first day. Jeb helped us navigate multiple offers, negotiate special circumstances we were looking for and navigated us through a quick, 21-day escrow that opened and closed on time. Jeb is a fantastic realtor. After meeting with Jeb, I listed my house in Huntington Beach and received multiple offers over asking price on the first day. Jeb presented my home with a terrific listing that attracted lots of attention. My property was ranked as a hot listing by most real-estate websites. Jeb coached me on how to present my house buy doing simple things such as decluttering and positioning furniture. Jeb also spent a lot of time walking me through the whole real-estate selling process. I can not say enough about Jeb's knowledge and professionalism. Jeb knows the SoCal and Huntington Beach markets extremely well. I recommend checking out his real-estate videos on YouTube. If I had to describe Jeb with just one word, it would be "Amazing". Jeb provided thoroughly exceptional service. His support was above and beyond expectation in assisting us in managing our property after we moved out of state. Jeb Smith and his team made the buying process easy and stress free. As first time home buyers it was nice to have such an experienced agent to help us every step of the way. He was always available to take our questions and he anticipated our needs. During the negotiations and inspection process it was clear that Jeb had our best interest at heart. Jeb was just great. My wife and I recently purchased a home in Huntington Beach and it was such a relief to have a realtor as good as Jeb helping us. He just flat out knows his stuff when it comes to the HB market and finding the right place. As first-time home buyers, he took the time to make sure we understood every step of the process and was happy to answer all our questions (there were many!). It's clear he puts in the work and cares about getting you what you want in a home.
