I highly recommend Jeff Beal as he offers a solid real estate sales experience that includes the ability to represent the value and amenities of properties he is selling, the personal touch of an agent who walks his client through the closing process and willing to go the extra mile especially in my situation where I was dealing with an estate asset and the process was a little more harder to deal with as Jeff took the time to make sure I was in the loop and made sure everything was taken care of so we could close on time. He also has the contacts to create the demand for a property or knows where to start in identifying who may possibly be interested in buying. I would highly recommend Jeff for anyone looking to buy or sell and would definitely use him again.

I’ve had a couple of experiences with real estate agents over the years, and I have to say that Jeff is the best that I’ve worked with! From his responsiveness, to his knowledge about the real estate and housing industry, I had a great experience with Jeff. I appreciated his honesty and advice throughout the process. He was just a great person to work with. I would recommend him any day and would definitely work with him again if I needed to sell or buy another home.

I highly recommend Jeff Beal to anyone who is in the market to buy a home, especially if you're a first time home buyer! He patiently walked us through the home buying process and answered any questions we had in great detail (at any time of the day, too). Jeff was always looking out for our best interests and gave his honest opinions on the homes' state and their investment potential. It was because of his quick actions and negotiation skills we were able to purchase our amazing family home! I can't emphasize enough, but I highly recommend working with Jeff if you're looking to buy a home.

I am a part-time real estate salesperson. I had two buildable residential lots in Buckhead for sale. Jeff was able to bring not one but two (2) interested buyers; the second of which timely closed on my properties at a good price. Jeff's experience in real estate and wealth of builder contacts was the only reason this transaction closed - couple that with his professional demeanor and personality and you have a great realtor!
