I would NEVER recommend Jeff to any buyer. Below is purely based on my personal experience and opinions. 1) Jeff always claimed He won me properties so quickly but other agents couldn't, which tried to make himself sound very good. The fact was that I lost two properties bids from Him. He won it just because she recommended me to put skyrocketed price and have almost no contingency to protect the buyer, so I'm not sure if it's always good or bad for the buyer. Learning from having no protection for the buyer, I also helped my friend win a property within same week learning this same "no protection" strategy from him.

Long story short, and it was a long story, Jeff was Awesome. Due to the Feds constantly raising interest rates. The houseing market in Redmond, even Education Hill, started collapsing in a big way. Watching your buying power drop over 35% in less than 30 days was more than frightening. That definately impacted buyers. Although it was a very non traditional contract with an LLC, Jeff vetted the buyer and we ultimately agreed. We accepted a wired 100K earnest in three days, and no contigency, with a 60 day or sooner close. This was very scary for us, but ultimately in the climate it was the only real offer as others backed out. Jeff kept us on track, was patient, professional, and curteous. He never lost his cool. Even, when everyone else seemed to be.

Jeff really understood our real estate market. His advice on every aspect of selling our home in two days - with multiple offers and well above listing price... was spot on. Additionally, he bent over backwards for quick response and communication with all parties involved in the process. Refreshing to have worked with him, and his always present calm and enthusiastic can, and will-do, attitude. Jeff and his team could not have been excelled by anyone in terms of knowledge, service, and value for the dollar!
