Jeff Lurie is a consummate professional. He knows all sides of the business and makes sure he is doing things in your best interest. His advertising is top shelf. We decided to go with Jeff because he was so well prepared.

Jeff went above and beyond. He made sure all was ok with contract. Kept in close contact and answered any and all questions I had. He made me more at ease with the process and I trusted him completely. He did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend Jeff.

Jeff was more than I could have hoped for in a realtor. After being disappointed with other agents, I found Jeff, who impressed me with his knowledge and confidence from day one. He showed up to our house with extensive research in hand. Within a couple hours, he knew exactly the price our house should be listed at and came in with a game plan to generate the most possible offers. He knows and understands online marketing algorithms; and takes advantage of that knowledge to get your house viewed by as many people as possible. We quickly had multiple showings and were under contract in less than three weeks. Unfortunately, the week we were scheduled to close the Buyer’s loan fell through but Jeff was again able to quickly get the house under contract with an even better offer! What impressed me most about Jeff was that he has more local connections than anyone I know. Some improvements to our house were needed so I contacted several professionals to come do various repairs; each time I let Jeff know what quotes I got, he would quickly respond, “I can get you a better price.” Sure enough (and this happened multiple times), within a day Jeff would come through with a contractor or business who could beat the price significantly and do great work - saving me literally thousands of dollars! When I was working on a project but didn’t have the correct tools Jeff offered his so I wouldn’t have to go buy any. He is a problem solver. Lastly, and perhaps my favorite quality about Jeff is that he is a straight shooter. Unlike some others in the industry, he did not fill us with fluff and unrealistic promises - he doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear. I appreciated that feature throughout the process as we ran into issues that required action. He has an immaculate sale record for a reason! Unlike previous experiences, I never got the feeling that this was about the commission for Jeff. I believe he truly cares about my family and has become a friend. He answers texts, calls, and emails almost instantly. I will refer anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a home and am confident Jeff will do as much for them as he did for us.

You can't go wrong by going with Jeff. I have used him in 3 different deals. Bought 1 house and sold 2. My last house he sold had 6 showings, 3 offers, and a bidding war over asking on 1st day of listing. He will be honest and fair with you and tell you what you can get for your listing. Also only what you should/need to do in order to get it sold and not just sit. I will be using him on my next purchase!!

I honestly believe our house wouldn’t of sold if it weren’t for Jeff!!! His advertisements on pushing our house and experience with how to present our place to set us apart from the other houses in the neighborhood made all the difference! He sold our house in 54 days where there still are houses in the neighborhood that’s been on the market over a year. I’d recommend him to anyone I know looking for an agent!
