If you are looking to sell or buy in Chelsea, there is no one that is more connected and willing to go to work for you than Jeff. His connections will make sure your home gets sold, he was able to sell my condo when markets slowed down hard meanwhile condos that went on sale right after mine are still on market months after I closed.

I am shocked there are not more BAD reviews for this guy. He is the most unprofessional, unethical, unresponsive agent I have ever met. He does not answer calls or show up to appointments. Furthermore, he just cares about his next pay check and not your real estate needs. My family tried selling their home with him - complete nightmare! I wish there were more honest reviews like mine before we contacted him.

Jeff is an incredibly experienced, professional and responsive real estate professional. He was able to sell my property during the pandemic for asking price! He worked super hard and surpassed all expectations. Highly recommended!

I first met Sandra when I went to an open house at one of their properties in Chelsea. She was very knowledgeable and very approachable. Then a day later I inquired about a house that I saw for sale and Jeff helped me set up an appointment to go see it that day! We were under a time crunch as offers were due the next day by noon! Jeff and Sandra were amazing. They helped us every step of the way. They were both very knowledgeable and made us feel as ease during the whole process. They both were very responsive and went out of there way to make things easy for us. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell! A++++++

I cannot stress just how wonderful our first home buying experience went with both Jeff and Sandra. They analyzed our situation and what our preferences were when it came to considering certain condos within Boston, Chelsea and East Boston specifically. They understood that we did not want to be swayed in the direction of a place that might be further out or less than what we were hoping to obtain. We felt respected as first time buyers whereas some realtors/brokers/etc. tend to make you feel as if you don't fit the mold of the average home buyer. Sandra was always present on the properties and helped us in asking great questions that maybe we didn't think of off hand. She was available in person and by phone/text/email as often as we needed her and for any reason. There was never a judgement of any kind and we no question was too silly to ask. Once finally settling in on a property, Jeff and Sandra made the paperwork side of things as seamless as possible. They also connected us with some great partners in order to process the mortgage and to finalize everything via the attorney. Again I just cannot say enough, that they were prompt, open and clear with communication and simply knew what they were doing. We highly recommend!! Thank you Jeff and Sandra!
