The first time I worked with Jeff was in desperation. My home had been on the market for 3 years and I had worked with 3 separate agents at that point, none of whom I felt were really listening to my concerns or suggestions. At that point I found and started working with Jeff who took an approach that made me feel more comfortable and heard, ultimately getting me get an offer and finally selling the home. Since that experience, Jeff has helped me buy and sell a home and most recently, purchase the home we've always wanted. He understands that excitement means and demands urgency, and that can make all the difference when the right home pops up. I can't recommend Jeff and his team enough to anyone needing help buying out seeing a home. Though I don't expect to need his professional services again anytime in the next decade or 3, we will absolutely remain in touch! Thanks for all your help over the last 10+ years Jeff!

Jeff is an experienced professional, and we very much appreciated his help in purchasing our first home together. As a first time home buyer, I was thankful for how much Jeff was willing to teach us about the home-buying process as we went along. He is very honest and doesn’t sugar-coat things - it is clear he has your best interest in mind during showings and when placing offers. One thing we especially appreciated was how easy it was to schedule showings with him. I have a very irregular, inflexible schedule, but Jeff multiple times books showings with less than 24 hours notice. Thanks to Jeff, we just closed on our home. Highly recommend him!

Working with Jeff to purchase and sell an existing home was everything you can come to expect in a seasoned professional. Jeff has expert knowledge and advice in all aspects of home purchasing and selling. Jeff went out of his way countless times to assist in questions, showing, inspections and other details of home ownership that I never would have thought of my self. He taught me so much in the process. Jeff is committed to helping his clients find what they truly desire and I will recommend always in the future.

Jeff came highly recommended by a colleague whose family has always used his services for all their Real Estate needs. That meant a lot to me and was very comforting/reassuring, being new to and looking to acquire my first home in the Berks County area. Jeff is a professional and it showed throughout the process from introduction to closing and even afterwards. He took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and helped me to decipher when some of the choices I was looking at were superficially 'good looking' but not exactly a match with my needs (budget, proximity to what mattered to me and style etc). No understatement but Jeff really did go above and beyond as he made the time to answer my questions and other misgivings promptly, attend all my requested viewings and even took the place of a friend to provide assurance that I would eventually find the perfect home for me at the point in time. It would be amiss of me not to mention his supportive Team of Phyllis, Linda and Asia who were great assisting on the administrative side of things. I felt extremely safe and trusting dealing with Jeff given his up-to-date knowledge and years of experience in the business. I just know that I would have been as successful with what could have easily turned out to be a stressful and resource depleting process if Jeff was not my Agent. Looking back, it was truly a blessing dealing with Jeff and would select him for his trustworthiness, professionalism and work ethic whenever I have any Real Estate-related business or if I know of anyone who is desirous of embarking on this journey.

Jeff was recommended to us from a realtor in Lancaster. Jeff helped us find a beautiful home in Reinholds a few years back. He was great at helping us navigate a new area. Three years later we reached out to Jeff to help us sell that very same property. He provided great comps, his team kept us updated, and showings were easy with the app. We have purchased over 8 homes and have lived in New York, Washington, Oregon, Georgia, and four moves in PA. He is by far the most impressive, upfront, and honest realtor we have used. If we move back to his area he will definitely be hearing from us. Thank you Jeff and thank you to the rest of his team.
