Jeff did an outstanding job helping us transition from our two story colonial that we lived in for 38 years to a condo. While it was a difficult decision for us, Jeff’s patience, expertise, commitment and understanding led us to a happy conclusion. The processes of buying and selling went very smoothly with Jeff’s guidance.

Jeff did an excellent job with the purchase of our new home. We had a long list of homes to see and the market has not been easy. This was our 3rd contract and he did everything he could to get us in our house. He did a great job explaining everything along the way. Jeff is highly recommended!

Jeff is always honest, super responsive, very detailed. I recommend him to everyone i know. He will get buying or selling done. Jeff will get info and questions resolved quickly. My first experience with jeff was 3 properties ago, it was a slow market (2012) had 2 realtors that could not get my home sold, I received a recommendation about Jeff and he had the home sold in a week. I used him ever since, (buying and selling) All i can say is that he will get it done in a professional manner, and he is very trustworthy.
