What can I say she is the real deal, Me and my fiance were first time home buyers and we recently just closed on our house. Jennete dealt with us since October and we just closed in may of this year (8 months) she never once wavered or got frustrated with our back and forth and indecisiveness and always kept it positive. No matter how many questions or how late in the evening it was she was right there for us to answer any and all questions that we may have had (we had more then a million). Jennete is not only well versed in just real estate game but extremely insightful when it comes to the endless possibilities of what a home can bring. Me and my fiance could not have been any more luckier then to have her as our agent during this process and this time. Jennete has been like a big sister and has become our friend even after the process of buying a home. After telling my mortgage broker that I was not happy with my current realtor, he referred me to Jennete. Upon our first meeting I left feeling excited and ready to look for a home again! She was nothing like the other realtors I met with. Very knowledgeable, straight forward, extremely professional and warm. Within days of meeting Jennete found me exactly what I was looking for! In the beginning of my home journey it was a very exhausting process that is until I met Jennete. Her dedication to me as a client made the process of buying a home enjoyable. My loved ones still can’t believe how fast and smooth the process was for me compared to their own experiences. I closed weeks earlier than expected! We have engaged in many real estate transactions over the years, and Jennete Alexander-Sherman has far exceeded our expectations as buyers. We live out of state, and we ultimately decided to expand our search for a vacation home to include Port Saint Lucie. Jennete did not hesitate to drive from FT Lauderdale and spend several weekends with us viewing homes. When we ultimately selected a new construction home at PGA Verano, she managed the closing walk-thru and the majority of the details. Best hands down at her profession. She cared for my family as her own and walked us through the whole process from beginning to end. I could reach her at any time and through this process she made me feel comfortable and aware of all my options. I would recommend her to any first time home buyer or home buyer in general. Best decision I made was choosing her to be my guiding light in the home buying experience.
