Jennifer was extremely helpful in helping me purchase my first home fresh out of college. She recommended lenders that provided loans that would help me purchase and provided a list of common local services. During the negotiation, She provided great feedback on whether what I was asking for was too much or I could do a bit better. I couldn't have asked for anyone better!

Jennifer is amazing! We've had a wonderful experience purchasing a home long distance in Lugoff, SC. Jennifer assisted us every step of the way, she was extremely resourceful and helped us find local contractors to work with after we closed. We were in communication every step of the way, Jennifer was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I have known Jennifer for several years but just recently worked with her to purchase a lake lot. She was so helpful and knowledgable of the area and the entire purchase process. We had lots of questions but she was always ready to answer them and worked quickly to get the contract accepted and signed. The entire experience was a pleasure!

During 57 years of marriage, my husband and I have dealt with several realtors while purchasing homes. I can honestly and happily say that Jennifer Bell topped them all. She truly cares about her clients and is so happy for them when she finds them the right home. I was amazed at how quickly she answered all phone and email messages and she was extremely helpful in giving us names of contractors for repairs, etc. And to top all of that, she is a cheerful person to work with. We moved here from New Mexico and we sure picked the right realtor to help us find a home. We would definitely recommend Jennifer to our friends.
