Jen Kline was AHHHMAZING. She worked very hard for us every step of the way. We'd never sold a home before so it was all new. Her patience, knowledge and professionalism were stellar. Sold our home the first weekend it was on the market. Doesn't get any better than that. We would highly recommend her for your real estate needs. We are forever grateful!

My wife and I moved from the east coast to the El Dorado Hills area with our house hunt beginning in late 2020. Our east coast home had been sold and we were under considerable pressure to get something done quickly. We were referred to Jen Kline and that referral was the best thing that could have happened. Jen is the consummate professional. She is responsive, diligent, tenacious and attentive to detail while being courteous to all and a pleasure to work with. i can honestly say we could not imagine using anyone else and can give her our recommendation without reservation or limitation.

Jen is awesome!! Initially she listened to our needs for what we were looking for in a location and a home and got to work immediately showing us properties that we may be interested in. At any time of the day she would be there to answer our calls when we had questions. Once we settled on the house we wanted she worked hard and put forth the her best effort to get us what I feel was the best deal possible on our home. She is fantastic on follow up and making sure the buying process is as smooth as possible and really made sure everything went through without a hitch. Even after the sale she continued to follow up to make sure everything was continuing to go well for us. I would absolutely use Jen again when we look to make another purchase and sell and recommend her to others.

Working with Jen Kline exceeded all of my expectations! As a first time home buyer, I wasn't familiar with the the "reality" of real estate or any of the the process involved.... at all! Right away Jen was incredibly friendly + took time to sit down with me to determine what would be a good fit. She recommended a lending agent in the area, which I ended up using and greatly appreciated. Going above and beyond to make all of my home dreams possible, Jen found the impossible and made my dreams possible... even under budget! Jen was always willing to meet me whenever, and wherever showing everything possible in my price range... even getting me viewing of a property not on the market yet (which I ended up getting!). She was extremely helpful in explaining, and walking me through the entire process and relieved my stress. I truly believe her expertise, professionalism, advise and perseverance achieved owning the house I dreamed of that is now a reality. I highly recommend Jen to you, or and any friend!

Jen is the ultimate professional. She listens, does not try to convince the buyer or seller to make decisions they are not ready for. She gives advice like a friend with your best interest on her mind. What I liked is her availability, going the extra mile, punctuality and timeliness. Jen is very experienced so it makes it easy to eliminate searches because she knows every location, traffic patterns, schools, subdivision....I personally like doing my research online then I would send her what I liked and she would give me feedback on the choices thus reducing my on site work. She knows the buying, selling mechanics so well, it is like having a real estate lawyer at the elbow too. I would work with her again and have recommended her to my connections with no hesitation what so ever. Jen is a class act!
