I can't say enough good things about Jennifer --- she stepped in when my previous realtor failed and got me $11K more than what I had it listed it for previously and hadn't even received an offer! She kept me up to date on every move from the moment it was listed all the way through the entire closing process. Any question I had, she responded to immediately. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. I promise you, you can't go wrong with Jennifer Tremaine!

Jennifer was awesome to work with! She was very helpful in giving us suggestions to get our mother's home ready to sell and made the process easy for us. Anytime we had questions, she was readily available. She definitely knows the real estate business and is very professional, yet, she treats you and the sale of the home as if you're family. I highly recommend Jennifer and her team to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!

I used Jennifer to sell my house last summer and to find a new house last fall. Jennifer came highly recommended to me by a friend that she helped both sell and purchase. I was very impressed with Jennifer from day one. She was always available through the entire process and recommended other professionals to help with the process from, lenders to inspectors. Her advice was greatly appreciated and I truly believe without her I wouldn't have had such a great experience. I think we got more than I expected for the house I sold and she found us the home of our dreams in short order. I would recommend her to anybody I could to sell their home and to help you get the house of their dreams.
