My wife and I had been looking for a home / lot to build on for over a year in the Asheville area with 2 other realtors and just couldn't find anything that met our needs. We signed on with Jenny in November 2015 and immediately had access to a number of homes and lots that were potential candidates. Once we decided on a lot that we wanted to make an offer on, Jenny was outstanding at making an offer that reflected the market value of the area that the lot was in and then negotiating with the seller's agent on our behalf. She guided us through the whole process and was always available for any of our questions. She attended our closing to make sure that everything went without any issues. I highly recommend Jenny!!

Our home was on the market over a year with two different realtors from two different real estate companies. Jenny sold our house three weeks after she listed it. Her suggestions about staging, etc. made a difference. We then put a deposit on property with the intention of building but crossed paths with a belligerent next door homeowner. Jenny ever so patiently spoke to him many times, to no avail, and we decided to cancel the contract during our due diligence. With Jenny's assistance and professionalism, we were able to purchase a home, one in which we never imagined we would own one day. Jenny is revered and respected by the realtors in the area.

Jenny was very knowledgeable and had great advice when it came to ideas for each house we looked at. No pressure came from her, she wanted us to be absolutely at ease with our decision. That was so appreciated, as it is stressful already! She celebrated with us when we negotiated our best offer and closed the deal! We would definitely work with Jenny again!
