Jenny Hart is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. She doesn’t just care about selling you a house, she cares about your concerns and overall experience. Anytime we had an issue she would immediately get to work on it and have an answer for us by the end of the day. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.

Suddenly a few months ago, my husband asked me if I knew a real estate agent. He wanted to pursue a life long dream of purchasing his own farm property . All I wanted to do was to fix the back screen door and the front window with stimulus money. After talking it over, and through the blessings and generosity of those who came before us, we decided that we just might be able to do it. I contacted Jenny Hart. We knew this was not going to be easy. We had to sell our townhouse (which really needed updating) and find a property relatively close to my school and Boulder for my husband to continue to sell at the Farmer's Market. It needed to have irrigation set in place and water rights. The sun, the moon and the stars needed to align for us to sell our townhouse and find our dream property in this crazy market. Jenny got right to work. She patiently and lovingly worked with us daily. She answwered all of our questions no matter how small. She has a great team to work with from lenders, home inspector, water rights lawyer, etc as well as her own Hart Realty Team. Jenny sold our townhouse before it even went on the market! That was amazing. One less thing to worry about. Lots of negotiations with the seller of the farm property. 58 days in total from the day I contacted Jenny to when we signed the final contract. 5.3 acre farm in Boulder and its only 8 minutes from my school. I cannot thank Jenny Hart enough for making our dream come true!

I would highly recommend the Jenny Hart team for all your real estate needs. Jenny went above and beyond selling our home and I appreciate everything she did for us. Selling your home can be stressful but not if you have the Jenny Hart team!!

Who should I turn to when it's time to buy or sell a home? Jenny Hart, for sure! She was always available, quick to respond, and negotiated hard on our behalf. Plus, no question was a bad question as she helped us better understand the process. Combining this with our work preparing the house--for which Jenny also gave us guidance--led to only one day of showings and two above-asking price offers. Thank you Jenny!
