After retiring, Used Jenny to buy a retirement home in Elbert County, experience was very positive. On my first trip to Georgia, She used a lengthy interview to determine my requirements and she took a full day to familiarize me with the breadth of home style options and neighborhoods in this area. She explained in some detail the pros and cons of each neighborhood and home styles relative to my requirements. After returning home to the Washington DC area, she provided numerous MLS listings across the breadth of the County via email. She also responded to my numerous email questions. Over a 6 month period I made 4 more trips to Elbert County to see listings of interest from the MLS information provided by Mrs Lane. For each listing I inspected, Mrs Lane provided detailed historical information and data on sales and tax data for comparable properties. Once I selected a property she assisted me in selecting a home inspector, Termite inspector, local home insurance provider and Home Mortgage provider. Using the same detailed approach, Mrs Lane also helped me find and buy a lot on Lake Russell. Once in my retirement home, I determined that I wanted additional land adjoining my home property, and Mrs Lane was again very helpful and thorough. With her assistance I was able to find and buy 6 adjoining properties at competitive and attractive pricing. As I approach my 70th year, I have lived in 9 different cities and She and ReMax are the Best I have worked with ! Highly Recommend !

Jennifer Lane worked with my schedule for visiting properties and sent me information on properties that I might be interested in. She knows the area very well and was able to offer insight on the neighborhoods. When looking at houses outside of the area Jennifer Lane works in she put me in contact with realtors that were in the area. She worked with me, the selling agent, and my lender to get me into my house without issue. When the selling agent failed to take care of certain items before closing Jennifer took care of them herself. Overall it was a very pleasant experience working with Jennifer Lane and I would absolutely recommend her as an agent for anyone buying a house in her service area.

Jenny represented me as the seller. Jenny sold a rental house of mine in Elberton, GA in July, 2016. Jenny is a true professional. She knows the local real estate market very well. She is intelligent, a great communicator, and is very nice and friendly.

Jenny was with us every step of the way. She went above and beyond our expectations. She helped us find a reputable home inspector. When problems arose with the inspection she was our go between to get things corrected. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
