She is amazing. She was very patient with my husband and I. Being first time homebuyers can really be intimidating, but Jenny made us feel comfortable and secure through the entire process. Jenny did a wonderful job listening to our long wishlist at a time of high demand and very little houses on the market. She found us a home very close to what we were looking for. She was available to look at houses for us and walk us through virtually, since we couldn't be there due to Covid restrictions in 2020. Her knowledge of the area and schools is very helpful and she even thought about taking a video when driving up to the property to show us the surrounding neighborhood.

I relocated to Clarksville with little knowledge about the area or the housing market I was told by several people in casual conversation if I was looking for a house to speak to Jenny Shields. I reached out to her when I felt I wanted to buy in the area.I spoke with Jenny and she pretty much walked me thru everything that needed to be done The recommendations were spot on I was a terrible client I am sure (not intentionally) I changed my mind about 20 times Jenny was patient she found the house I finally decided on at the price I wanted she setup all the inspection the negotiating with lenders she was everything I could have asked for.I am also not big on reviews but if you are coming to or are in Clarksville looking to buy or sell a home give her a call she will square you away.

She is excellent to her customer and never get bored if I ask her a lots of questions.i am giving her excellent ratings.she also helps me of finding painter and loans.i got very good rate.
