I reached out to Jesse to sell my home after attempting to use opendoor. I had worked with Jesse previously to buy my home and had a great experience. This time, however, I wanted to go through open door for a quick and convenient transaction. I didn’t want the hassle of showings, repairs and the uncertainty of knowing when someone would make an offer. I received my offer from opendoor and felt it wasn’t fair. This is when I reached out to Jesse. He was attentive to all my conditions on selling my home and had a solution for any of my concerns. Within one week, we were able to get my house listed on the market, receive offers and go under contract. All the reasons I wanted to go through open door, were still achieved by working with Jesse and I was able to get at least $30K more profit than if I had used opendoor. I highly recommend him not only for his professionalism, promptness, effective communication, and extensive real estate knowledge but for his trustworthiness, integrity and willingness to help his clients.

I Live in San Diego, California. I was referred to Jesse from our realtor that is currently selling our home. I asked her if she knew anyone in Arizona that could help me with my fathers home. My fathers home caught on fire almost 2 years ago, and he has been struggling to get back in his home. I needed to find out how much we could sell it for as is, or if we could fix it up for him to live in again. My realtor did some research and interviewed several realtors over the phone, then gave me Jesse’s name. He telephoned me and we had a long conversation about the dilemma my father is in. I could tell by talking to him that he was a kind and caring person. He was eager to help my father either sell his home, or help him get it fixed so he could move back in it. Jesse went to my father’s home, and had his licensed contractor look at the damage. We are all currently working together to come up with what is best. It has been very difficult for me because I live so far away. I feel that I can totally trust Jesse and his contractor to help my father. He is pleasant to talk to, listens to what I have to say, takes the time to answer my questions, and responds back to my calls in a timely manner. All of which he does with a sincere heart. He feels like family. I look forward to working with him.

We used Jesse Abarca as our realtor to help us purchase a home in 2012. He did a fantastic job listening to our wants and needs, then showing us multiple homes that fit our description of the right home for us. He was incredibly flexible and willing to show us around at times which were convenient for us. When touring the homes, he was very thorough and honest about everything we were viewing. He then helped us put in a very competitive offer and we got the wonderful house we still live in today. Jesse is fantastic and we would recommend him to anyone!

Jesse is very good at what he does. As all of my 5 stars in all the categories above. He helped me find my first home and I was so impressed that I hired him back to sell the home. While waiting for closing thr pool pump went out and he was able to get someone out the same day. The pool pump was fixed in 2 days! If you need an outstanding realtor then hire Jesse Albarca!!

Just when I thought I had lost all hope in becoming a home owner, Jesse Abarca was there to remind me not to give up. Just like he said, I did all I could on my end, listened to his advice and have owned my home for now 3 years. I know that we put our trust in the right person. Can't thank him enough. Not only was he there for us to walk us through the process but also listened to what we were looking for.
