Jessica was a dream to work with. She had been helping us with our home buying venture since October 2017. Jessica always made time to answer all of our questions, no matter what they were about. She always answered our calls or text messages. She walked us through so many houses and helped with all the inspections. She stuck by us, even when a deal that was so close to being finished fell through. She was there with encouragement for us to keep going. We would and will recommend Jessica to anyone and everyone.

We had our home listed about a year ago and we only had received one offer so we decided to take it off of the market. Then in April 2019 we decided to list our home again, well we received multiple offers just 5 days later. Jessica advertised our home the way it should've been and made everything very convenient for our busy lives. After we accepted our offer we were stuck with no house to live in, after looking at multiple homes on the market we were nervous we were going to end up homeless, but then Jessica worked hard and found our dream home and we got to close on both homes the same day! Overall we had a great experience with her and recommended her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

I worked with Jessica to buy my very first home in Washington! She was very knowledgeable regarding the area, including school districts, fair market value, and more. She took me through the purchase very smoothly and kept me informed through each stage of the home-buying process. She's very professional and makes the search fun! 10/10 will certainly buy from her again!

If you are a first time home buyer looking for a realtor with knowledge, skill and that is fun to work with, Jessica is your girl! As first time home buyers we had a TON of questions that would come up all throughout the process and no matter what day or time of day, she would respond quickly with great advice, knowledge and direction on what we needed to do. She was there and walked us through the entire process and she even helped answer more questions after closing! Her quick thinking and knowledge of her field helped us purchase the home we had set to find! It can be a very overwhelming and grueling process when you don't know what you are doing, which is why you need a professional and that professional is Jessica!

My experience dealing with Jessica was excellent throughout the entire process. She answered any question that I had and was truly wonderful. This was my first time selling a property due to a relocation and she helped every step of the way which made my transition and the sale of my property so simple. Jessica cared and that meant a lot to me. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell a property.
