We have not bought property for more than 40-years and felt a tad bit overwhelmed by the prospect of buying land five hours from our current home. We thought it would take a long time to make the purchase. Jess was an absolute rock star. Her enthusiasm, expertise and follow-through made for a quick closing. Phone calls, emails, arranging a perc test, signing papers on line and in-person meetings were incredibly purposeful and efficient. Her insights about the real estate market and human nature came in very handy near the end of the process. Jess was very clear and professional when communicating our needs. I knew from the first time I talked to Jess on the phone that I wanted her to be my realtor. I was trying to buy from another state which made it a challenge in a busy market. She looked at properties when I couldn't get there she did all the research for me quickly. There were alot of ups and downs throughout the nearly year the process took but she stuck with me and in the end helped me buy the most beautiful piece of land I could ever imagined. I can't wait to live there.
