Jessica goes above and beyond! She answers text messages days, nights and weekends. She knows her business very well. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. This is the 2nd house she has sold for me and got I had a great experience both times. Seriously I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Jessica did a very good job in helping to plan and sell my home. Based upon her knowledge of recent price trends she recommended a higher list price and I was able to sell my home for a higher price. She has a great 2020 track record for Bridgeland for listing homes, getting them under contract in a short time and closing on them. I would recommend her for handling your home sale.

Jessica and I worked very closely together as I bought and sold several houses last year. She advised me as I was flipping one of the homes and then sold it. She did a beautiful job staging the home and was very knowledgeable about what buyers were looking for.
