We had a great time working with Jessica Huber on our recent condo purchase. Jessica was very responsive to our requests during the search part of the process, and during the negotiations. We were purchasing from out of state, so it was important that when we were in town, everything be organized to maximize our time in town. Jessica did a great job with this, and we were very pleased! Jessica, thanks so much for all your help finding the right property for us!

Jessica went above and beyond to get our house sold. She took care of so many details as we had already moved out of state. She did an excellent job dealing with a difficult buyer who demanded crazy things, for example they wanted us to cut down the magnolia tree in the front yard and wanted us to floor the entire attic space. One of the best real estate professionals I have ever worked with, she knows the market and is willing to get things done to close the deal.

I’ve bought and sold a home with Jessica Huber as my realtor. And to say that she goes above and beyond would be an understatement. It feels like you are shopping for homes with your best friend. She really takes the time to get to know your personality. Her enthusiasm and dedication to getting you the right fit for the right price feels as though she’s shopping for her own home. And when it came to selling, I couldn’t begin to list the amount of times she was there for me at every turn. I truly couldn’t create a more perfect realtor if I was making one in a lab. She already knows I’ll be calling as soon as I’m ready to buy again.

Jessica helped us find our home coming from out of state. We were headed towards one house and it went south two weeks before closing. Jessica didn’t waste any time helping us find a new home and we successfully closed. Our road was quite bumpy but Jessica was very supportive and helpful throughout it all. She’s very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Plus she drives a fun jeep! We highly recommend Jessica if you are looking in the area.
