If you aren’t using Jessica for home selling/buying or both then may the odds be ever in your favor. She got us through one of the toughest sales in an awkward time of selling and never wavered that we were gonna be just fine. She got us under contract while on vacation in Europe! Who does that!?!? Jessica did an outstanding job with the same of our house. She was very knowledgeable of the local market and use a TON of data to get our house sold fast and for a fair price. During this process she answered all of our questions in a timely manner and acted as a true professional when we were worried or had concerns. I cannot recommend her enough.
