5 stars is not enough stars to describe our experience working with Jessica. She made the process feel easy and fun. Jessica knows the market, is extremely competent, has amazing negotiation skills (this can not be overstated), and is honest - she will tell you exactly what she thinks, she's not just trying to make a sale. Jessica is the whole package and I HIGHLY recommend working with her. She was so responsive and on top of things, it made us feel like we were her only clients. I promise you, once you work with her, you won't want to work with anyone else. We still joke with each other when we encounter an incompetent worker, 'Well, she was no Jessica Lentz.' Bottom line - you want someone exactly like Jessica backing you in a real estate deal.

Jessica is a true professional who is familiar with the area and makes the transactions on both sides as simple as possible. It is great to have a 'friend' in the business! Negotiating, and really understanding the nature of the sale (and purchase!) is where she truly shines. Grateful to have had Jessica in my corner this time around!

I can’t imagine a better realtor than Jessica. As a first time home buyer, I knew absolutely nothing about buying a home and expected it to be a stressful and anxiety inducing experience. After working with Jessica, I think buying a home is probably one of the easiest things I’ve done in my adult life. She made everything feel easy and provided just enough information with each step to make me feel comfortable, but not overwhelmed.
