Jill was absolutely wonderful to work with! She kept us informed with the entire process of selling our house. She was very responsive to messages and even offered to help us touch up paint. I highly recommend her!

Very good experience with Jill. She is right on top of things and always returns calls in a timely manner. Great customer service is her middle name. She sold my house in a very short period of time and brought me multiple offers. I would strongly recommend Jill for any real estate needs you have. I say this from experience.

After 6 unsuccessful months of trying to sell my home with a different agent, Jill contacted me to see if I was interested in letting her represent me. She came to me with a an organized, well-thought out marketing plan and got down to business right after I signed with her. My house sold within a week. I could hardly believe how effective she was - but it didn't stop there because she continued to market the house and had several back up offers lined up in case my first deal fell through (it didn't). Jill was also instrumental in removing any stress from the rest of the sales process; she handled all negotiations and dealings with the home inspector, the lawyers, and the buyer. I strongly recommend Jill's services.

Jill Benson helped me to price my home so that it sold in less than a week. It was awesome. She then was relentless in showing me homes (over thirty to be exact) and she never got tired of it. We actually, I feel became good friends through the process. She is honest and worked in my best interest at all times. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to sell or buy a home. She was great to work with.
