This was our first time selling and buying our first home and Jill was very helpful and all she was with us from the start to the finish she had came and explained how every thing went and knew what we wanted she put our home on the market and had a buyer in about 2 days awesum Jobe also she was in contact all the time answered all our questions and. She also found d us a home to purchase and it was just amazing how she handled it all great realtor high recomend.even the ckosings were great and fast.

Jill was so sweet and very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She showed us a home we were interested in quickly and then helped us sell the home we currently owned within a few days.

Jill was so patient with us. It took us two years to find the right home and situation to make a decision. She never gave up and was prompt to assist whenever we randomly called upon her! She consistently checked on the process for us and was a great mediator between us and the seller! She's the most awesome agent I've dealt with! If you want to buy a home, call Jill!

If your a seller, Jill might be the one , but if your a buyer, hire someone else. Jill was Always on the seller's side when it came to issue's to the point that she didn't keep our negative discussions to herself. She wasn't representing me or protecting me from the sellers agent. She was 'gossiping ' on the negative things that I said but wouldn't tell me anything that was being said. When a home inspection result showed major problems with a home, Jill never discussed the results with me . She was only interested in getting a copy of the report to give to the sellers agent. Jill never sent me any listings. I would have to do all the research then contact her with a list of properties I wanted to see. There were numerous other issues that arose but the icing on the cake was after I bought a home. In the past when I bought homes, the agent has always presented me with some type of " house warming gift" to show their appreciation. Not Jill. She never even told me Thank you! Then after the closing and she got paid, any time I had a question, her replies where curt and made me feel uncomfortable.

This was my first time buying a house and Jill did an excellent job of helping talk to the owners, paperwork, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. If I was to purchase another home/property. I would have Jill as my real estate agent again.
