I do not recommend working with Jim. Jim showed us a few houses but I quickly realized he was looking to get paid as quickly as possible. He became impatient with me after showing us about 6 houses. As a first time home buyer, I was very unsure of what I was doing and he explained that it was a seller's market at the time. He told us that we would be offending the seller to ask for anything less than asking price and buyer pays all closing cost. I didn't feel like this was something I could afford. He was also impatient when dealing with Creek Nation, who gave us closing cost assistance. He assured me that they were holding me up and implied we should not take the grant from them. We switched realtors and entered in a contract a month later on a house. We ended up paying about 5000 less than asking price and split closing cost. This never would have happened with Jim, who was only worried about himself and his paycheck.

Kudos to our realtor Jim Courtney! After months on the market with Keller Williams, we switched to Oklahomes and Jim found a buyer within 30 days. He helped us every inch of the way. We highly recommend Jim Courtney!

Jim Courtney helped us sell our home and buy our new home. He gave advice for staging the house and our home sold quickly. We had less than a week to find a new house as we were leaving on vacation in 2 days. We were able to see several homes early in the evening the next day, made an offer, and had a contract that night. Everything went smoothly and as expected. Jim did a great job!
