It was an awesome experience. We agreed on price. I just wanted a fast sale as I had planned on the kitchen and bathrooms remodeling at our home. It was a dream come true. Home sold in less than a week. Received asking price!!!

Somehow in seeking information about the value of our property Jim Reynolds contacted us on the phone. And then he came to our house with a pumpkin pie and gave us information which was in the form of a nice colorful hard copy with a binder about the homes that had recently sold in our area and a lot of other helpful information on real estate process. After checking out many realtors, we invited him to come and talk with us. He really impressed us with his humble, nice, but knowledgeable information. And he was the only one out of all the realtors that knew a house up the street from ours and just the same floor plan, had sold for 9 thousand higher than any of the other realtors knew about. While the other real estate agents were trying to drive us down on the asking price, he encouraged us towards a higher asking price. We felt he was honest about the value of the house. He kept us well informed, he even came and helped us prepare the house. Within two weeks we had a viable high offer at nearly full price that went through to closing. I have never met a better realtor. Plus we liked him. I never got to eat any of the pie he brought. My husband ate the pie up on me.
