Dana was very patient and focused to ensure that the features that I was looking for in a home were met. This patience was evident in filtering through several listings and ultimately showing me several different homes that met my criteria. At no point did I ever feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Her position was always that choosing a home is a big decision that I needed to feel comfortable with and only when it felt right to me should I move forward with an offer. In addition to constantly researching the market for listings that met my criteria, she also provided guidance in respect to market trends and conditions throughout the entire process. Dana is top notch!

Very knowledgable of the real estate market- she demonstrated that during our interactions with the selling of our home and purchasing a new home. Strong technical skills in finalizing the closing- knows the procedures,time frames, and process. Great understanding of what sells homes- staging, repairs, decor, and overall condition of a home. Great attention to detail during the whole process and very efficient and timely in her communication.
