We just sold and bought houses with Jim Windmiller and his wonderful team. They did an awesome job for us and I would recommend you check these guys out if you are in the need of a realtor. Jim is an amazing agent, experienced, patient, knows the local IF area better than anyone, and very easy to work with. I've worked with many over the years, and Jim is truly one of the absolute best! A complete professional all the way through the selling experience.

Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful events a person can experience; however, Jim made these two events very simple for us. Jim is one of the most patient people we have ever met, he is very professional and helped us every step of the way. He worked with us endlessly through what seemed a never-ending process of finding the perfect home. He was extremely communicative and took the time to always answer our questions. Our situation was unique in many ways, and he went above and beyond to take care of us even after the sale was completed. This showed how honorable and honest he is with his dealings. He is very committed to his clients, and this meant so much to us. We highly recommend Jim and his staff they were all so cordial, caring, and personal. We’ll miss spending our weekends shopping for homes with Jim.

Jim and his staff are amazing to work with! They are always on top of the process and very communicative. Excellent team!! Jim made sure we were aware of market trends and kept us abreast of all showings.

Stephanie Gibson is absolutely amazing! If I can give more than 5 stars I would. She is extremely knowledgeable about the entire home buying process. She was always responsive whenever we had questions and helped navigate us throughout the home buying process. If we ever need to buy or sell a house we will call Stephanie!
