My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lonny and Glenda recently! We needed to sell our home and buy another one and we also needed to close on both the same day! They were amazing and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy to sell a home! They understand the market, gave us all the information we needed, were honest about expectations and helped answer questions all along the way! Mike came highly recommended by friends and he certainly did not disappoint. He set up numerous houses to view. Once I made my decision he was able to submit an offer and work out all the details with no issues. He followed up on every detail and kept me posted as I was living out of state at the time he also recommended a settlement attorney and a lender who were both very helpful with the purchase of my new home in South Carolina.

Our experience having Glenda & Lonny be our buyers agent throughout selecting, building, inspecting, & closing on our new home in Hilton Head Margaritaville was absolutely great in every way. Glenda provided sound advice during our meetings with Minto in selecting our As & Bs. Throughout the build, Glenda & Lonny emailed weekly videos of the home’s construction progress. Glenda provided calm, steady support to help resolve the many stressful decisions involved in selling & buying homes hundreds of miles apart. Their keen eyes helped every inspection correct any issues. In addition, because we moved here from CT & don’t know this area, we’ve relied on Glenda & Lonny to provide reliable referrals for professionals to help us make our house a home. Extremely Helpful, Patient & Well informed. We worked with Glenda and Lonny for 2+ years before selecting & closing on our new home. They are very knowledgeable about the area and showed us many options in Bluffton. Once we narrowed our search they were patient with us as we dealt with family illness. During the purchase process they took care of all the details so we could focus on selling and moving from our previous home. We highly recommend Genda and Lonny. They are pros at what they do, not to mention a delightful couple to work with!
