Joan is a delight to work with. Very fun and made the home buying process extremely easy. I was never out of the loop and always knew what to do next. Very busy lady but always had time for questions and anything I needed. She works very hard and is incredibly intelligent at what she does. I 100% recommend Joan to anyone, and will use her in the future.

What an amazing experience with Real estate professional Joan King. She is super exciting to work with, knows the entire home buying and selling process, including marketing, financing, staging, remodeling, title and brokering. She literally had the correct answer for any part of our experience. She is incredibly friendly, outgoing, helpful and honest. We are so glad we found her and that she was part of our home buying adventure. She is so awesome that we also chose her to sell our home. If you want a role model for how a real estate professional should be, pick Joan.

Definitely would recommend Joan King to everyone! As the father of a first-time home buyer, we realized very quickly how fast paced this home buying market is today. Our original Agent was…. let’s say not so well versed at his craft. So, after some extensive research we found Joan. The next day we were inside multiple possibilities and hashing out potential new layouts and/or updated. What a difference instantly! She was so knowledgeable and upbeat it just added so much to the experience. We immediately felt that we had made the right decision and we were in good hands. She is very professional and worked extremely hard for us right up to the closing. Joan’s experience is a game changer, and you cannot go wrong hiring her!

I connected with her through Zillow about purchasing my first house. When trying to set up a tour of the houses that i wanted to look at she told me she would get back to me. The first text was around noon. She said she would call in 20 minutes. 8 and a half hours later she finally called around 8:30. We set up an appointment to see multiple houses starting at 3:30. She did not get to the house until 4:40. This was after she rescheduled 2x once for 4 and once for 4:15. Before she got there she called to say she was like 4 minutes out and was asking me questions about the house that she should know. She asked me If I knew if the house was on city or well and septic or sewer. Again things that she should have known. Upon getting to the house she could not figure out how to open the door. When we got inside she took a call. When we had questions for her she was very rude asking if we needed something. She did not try to sell the house. She said no one wanted to live there and that is why it has been vacant for so long but that it should pass an inspection despite all of the flaws and hazards of the house. We canceled the rest of the day. She had no knowledge of the house or the area. She was late. She didn’t respond back to texts or calls other than still on a call give me another 15 minutes. I would not recommend working with her.

Joan King is top notch! I cannot say enough good about the experience I've had with Joan King as my realtor. Being a first time home buyer with many questions and uncertainties, Joan King was there for me from the very beginning of me owning my first home all the way up to the closing table, when the office handed ME a check! There are not too many realtors that I know of that will get a buyer a check at closing....Joan King did! A terrific negotiator with the seller, always looking out for my best interest. She is a professional, and VERY knowledgeable in the real estate world! Joan King made me feel very comfortable with the biggest purchase of my life. Any and all my questions I had for her were all answered in a timely and prompt manner. Always eager to show me numerous new listings, never giving up until I found the perfect house for me. If it were not for Joan King...I would not be in my awesome first home. I already have recommended her to some co-workers and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone seeking a prompt, professional, knowledgeable realtor that goes way above and beyond what is expected of a realtor to find your next home!
