We could not recommend JoAnn Cilla more! She sold our home in Lindenhurst and found us the home of our dreams in just four months! My son and daughter were looking for a home which they would share as their primary residence. Joann showed them multiple homes, focusing on their needs to have separate living spaces while sharing common areas in the home. She worked tirelessly to find something appropriate, and after their offer was accepted, she continued working with my daughter to sell her condo. The transactions went smoothly, and with Joann’s help, they found a fantastic real estate lawyer to complete the sales. She is a five star broker/agent and you can’t go wrong with her whether you are buying, selling, or both!

Outstanding agent, professional in every aspect of the process. Always available to answer any questions we had, highly knowledgeable about the local market. Her recommendations for other professional services required (lawyer, etc) were as professional and capable as she is. It was a pleasure to work with her on the sale of our home. JoAnn was extremely helpful throughout our entire process. She never gave up on us eventhough we had her running all over from town to town. Anytime we needed her she was readily available. She never made us feel like we were bothering her and she kept our best interest in mind at all times.
