We are currently renting from Jodi now. She is an experiment excellent salesperson, as well as a wonderful person. We were so lucky to find this home. We are currently in the process of purchasing this rental because we live the home so much. She has been helpful in guiding us through the purchasing procedures. I would recommend her tho everyone looking to buy or rent!

Absolutely wonderful. She took us in and stepped us through a process that included hurdles and dips. She stuck with us, stayed on top of all of the paperwork and negotiations with the listing agent as well as the lender. Didn't matter if it was early or late, she always was available to us. I would highly recommend Jodi.

Jodi helped us sell and purchase a home. She is very responsive, experienced and helpful.. She was very good in helping to relate and bond with my wife and help with her questions and house hunt.

This was not our first time purchasing a home , so we have dealt with realtors before but Jodi was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish!! She is by far the best agent we have had the opportunity to work with and I would recommend her services to anyone! She was very reliable, always easy to contact, communicated consistently between myself and the builder and the other agent for the builder when there were any issues, and constantly kept us abreast of what was going on throughout the process of awaiting our closure. She is very friendly and always made us feel comfortable about approaching her with any questions we had pertaining to the home. When it is time to sell our home in this area, we will MOST DEFINITELY be contacting Jodi! It would be my pleasure to work with her again!!!

I highly recommend Jodi to anyone. We had to sell our home from 700 miles away due to the military. She went above and beyond our expectations. She listed our home for $134,900 and it sold for $134,000. When the appraiser wanted to value the home at $129,000, she fiercely defended our recent improvements to the house and the appraiser agreed. Her communication with us was timely and consistent. I have to mention Felix, her go to guy for repairs. He put new vinyl in our bathroom, replaced base boards that my dog damaged and did all the pre and post home inspection repairs. The price and the quality of his work is unmatched.
