My husband and I worked with Jodi to buy our second house, an investment rental property in Los Angeles. Our brief to Jodi was very specific: a move-in ready house with expansion potential (I am a designer and have plans to remodel the house in a few years so was looking for a house which was not recently remodeled too). We do not live in Los Angeles and would not be able to visit frequently to look at properties. We found Jodi through her amazing reviews on the web, but quickly developed a relationship and grew to trust her. She is incredibly smart, has her pulse right on the market, understands client needs, and is an incredibly tireless agent who goes above and beyond to provide great service. She patiently showed us numerous properties and neighborhoods through face time, going into the most minute of details while giving us our tours. She was able to gauge investment potential, expansion etc extremely sharply . We grew to respect and trust her opinion so much we actually put an offer and got our house all without even visiting LA (we saw the property after our offer was accepted and it was amazing how much detail she had given us over our phone and facetime calls). Jodi also acted as our leasing agent, worked through a pretty major hiccup with the first potential renter and got us another one in record time. She maintains excellent relationships and the vendors she recommends are all of high quality and trustworthy. I would recommend Jodi wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy in the LA area - she really is special!

We are foreign buyers and it was our first purchase of property in US. Together with my wife we purchased a new construction. We decided to work with Jodi in this transaction. She organized a tour of properties in the interesting range for us, that was was really interesting and helped us narrow our list and choose the final one for us. Then Jodi went with us go through all the mass of paperwork needed here for transaction and the process, which greatly helped us. She also provided assistance with escrow and closing of transaction and then some time after a transaction leased our property while we were overseas. We greatly recommend her services basing on our experience!

We have worked with Jody for over 2 1/2 years and she has always been there to support us every step of the way. She is an absolute professional and a sweetheart of a person. In situations when we had put in an offer for a property and as it often happens there were multiple offers her experience and diligence helped enormously as we navigated these difficult moments. Jody is someone you can trust and who will be there for you 100%.

Our experience working with Jodi was amazing! She was so patient with us and took the time to really understand what we wanted and where we wanted it. She was always available to show us homes and answer any questions we had. She really worked so hard to help us find the perfect home for our family in a highly competitive market. And WE FOUND IT! She is incredibly professional, experienced, down to earth and genuinely a great person. If we every have to buy another house we are going to Jodi Bell Ticknor! THANK YOU JODI!
