Erika Luke, and her team are absolutely fantastic! With Erika’s extensive experience as a realtor and her knowledge of the city’ location, I was able to understand and feel comfortable to know that I was dealing with true professionale in the field of real estate. I was treated with compassion and kindness throughout the entire process. I absolutely recommend working with this team. It was also a very fast process which was very convenient with my very busy schedule. Erika kept communication open even at late hours of the day due to the busy nature of my work. Erika took the time to help me understand and to explain the language of the contracts which was absolutely of utmost importance to me as a first time home buyer. I was offered different options and and ended getting a house at a magnificent location near a shopping area, conveniently located in a residential section of Fresno and I am so thankful for her help on this journey. I would most definitely contact Erika should I decide to sell/buy or do business in the future again. Thank you Erika :)

Erika is amazing and will guide you right. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the area and I’m so glad we found her for our search. We had been looking on our own but once we were introduced to her, she’s made the process of looking and buying so much easier. She’s honest with us and brought ideas and things to consider as we search. Given that homes are one of the biggest investments/purchases we make, it’s important to get a great agent. Erika is a great agent!

We highly recommend Jodie. We had no previous contact or connection with Jodie in anyway but picked her only from reading Zillow reviews. We were not disappointed. Jodie and her team completed the job of selling our home of 21 years despite tough personal circumstances ( the passing of a close family member of hers in the middle of our closing). Sale and closing details were taken care of with the Highest Integrity and Honesty; her word was good on every detail. Jodie and her team were helpful, flexible and friendly. Jodie actually went above and beyond the contract by volunteering a little extra help to close a deal which resulted in a sale that satisfied all parties. As a final note, service was very strong after the sale. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed working with their complete team, the sale went smoothly, and working with each of them on the team was a great experience. They were very helpful with items that needed to be taken care of and they had great vendors/subs to help with any items that needed repair or replacing. We loved the email communication, to be able to track all that was going on even in the escrow and title phases. Thank you

We had a great experience with Erika and her team from the beginning to the end. She exceeded our expectations in marketing, accepting the best offer, subsequent inspections and any repairs, and finally through closing. Her knowledge base and professional demeanor gave us the information we needed to make good decisions. She helped with the solutions to any problems we encountered. She clearly was our advocate. After the commission was paid, it didn’t end there. She assisted in shipping my extra car after I was on the road. She has remained in contact assisting in anyway we needed.
