Joe did a fantastic job in assisting us in the purchase of our new home. Being unfamiliar with the area, Joe came highly recommended to us and guided us throughout the searching and buying process. For three months, Joe provided counsel, answered all our questions, went to bat for us when needed, and helped us close the deal on the house we desired. Joe was very responsive and helpful through the whole buying and selling experience. I would highly recommend him. He was knowledgeable about both processes and even helped me with an update needed for an FHA loan.

Joe was fantastic to work with. After two years of disappointments missing on houses while working with other realtors, Joe was able to help me get into to view a house, make an offer, and close on the property with ease. His expertise and negotiation skills made the process go very smoothly on a timeline that was much quicker than anticipated and at lower costs than anticipated. I would highly recommend him as a realtor.

Showed us the house, and then didn’t hear from him until it was time to close. We were not given the option to do a final walk through of the house before closing. While we were moving in we reached out to him about a broken appliance that we should have known about prior to moving in. He did not respond and now we are stuck with the issue. We were warned from others that also did not have a good experience with his service but went ahead anyway. I would not recommend.
