Joe did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my house. Working with Joe was a great experience. Initially, we had anxieties around the home-buying process and all that it entails. Luckily, Joe and his team ensured to make that process extremely smooth and memorable! I was originally working with another buyer's agent but was not happy with how the relationship was going so I interviewed several other agents. Joe stood out as someone I could trust to guide me through the search for my new home and I was very happy with my decision to make the change. Working with Joe was a real pleasure. The process of finding the right new home in the current market took much longer than either of us expected. He took the time to understand my unique needs and arranged showings quickly when things seemed to be moving fast on a property. He was very patient with me when multiple homes we looked at had unacceptable issues that were revealed during my due diligence research. We put together some offers that were not successful due to my offer price and Joe was there every step for me in dealing with the disappointment and helping me move on. When a property came along that had multiple offers he crafted my offer so it was the winning one. Then when the inspection revealed some serious problems that needed to be addressed he negotiated a seller price concession that was accepted and led to a successful closing. I highly recommend Joe Kuta to anyone looking for a new home in the area.
