A friend recommended I work with Joe and I wasn't disappointed in the least. He was great! Joe knew all of the local areas and was quick to advise me when I was interested in a house that was in a...less than ideal location..even if it meant he had to spend more time checking out other homes for me instead. I was out of state throughout the entire process so he took the time to video each house and made sure to let me know of any potential pitfalls, either with the house itself or the neighborhood in general. His entire team was helpful and communicative throughout the process and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. He even took the time to pick me up from the airport when I arrived and personally introduce me to my new home.

Joe Perkins is a great real estate agent who is friendly and personable while still being able to maintain calm in the chaos. We randomly hooked up with Joe from a Zillow review when we were looking for an agent and we were immediately sold on his low-key vibe and his deep knowledge of the real estate industry. Joe helped us through a complex home purchase where we were both abroad at the time of closing. Joe was on scene, seeing it all through to completion and representing us at the meetings we couldn’t attend. Joe is the best! We’re happy with our home, and since the purchase a year ago Joe has become a friend. He does great family-oriented quarterly events that he and his team put a lot of effort into. They’re really a lot of fun to attend. Overall, we’d recommend Joe 100%. He and his team are top-notch competent, highly professional, good people.

Joe is one of the people I know that have a longer patience. It took me year to get my dream house and I know the market was tough and he always push me to get up everytime I bid on a house and I always loose. He is always there whenever I need him and will never turn his back. I’m very grateful to Joe cuz he guides me on how to buy a house, answer all my dumb questions since I am a first time buyer. He was the one who do all the work on checking the house and tell me if the house is worth it or not. I am very grateful and lucky to have an agent like Joe who we consider now as one our friend. I appreciate all the help from Joe and to his team for always being there whenever I need them and for making all this easy for me.

We recently sold our home and had to use a relocation company, which has some different requirements than a standard sale. Joe was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. He and his team staged the home beautifully and created a wonderful listing which helped the home sell quickly and for an amazing price. Overall, we were very happy.
