Really regret using Jimmy and Bonaventure Realty. We didn't feel like he represented us, felt more like he worked for the seller's agent, revealing information that we felt was confidential, without our permission, further disrupting the process. He set our settlement date past our desired date, assuring us that making it earlier would be no problem, he was so wrong, cost us 2 weeks and an extra month at our current residence. Wish I would have read the reviews before signing, would have saved us so much.

We recently baught a condo with Vicky's support. That was exactly what we were looking for. Her help was so amazing, she treated our case with patience and kindness. That was a first time when i was biing property in US and i had no idea about the process and all parties involved. She walked us throught that process, helped with any kind of the issues until we were all set. Great job! Thank you so much!

Real estate was such an intimidating prospect to me for a long time, so when I wanted to start looking for house, I didn't know who to ask. I wanted someone who would be able to help me work through what I was looking for, narrow the field, help me use my time most effectively, and patiently explain the ins and outs of an area I was so new to. Luckily, a friend of mine recommended Kevin, and he made all the difference in my journey to find my first home. Finding a house is a lot of work, but through the searches, emails, text, calls, I knew I was in good hands and he reassured me to trust in the process. Now I'm currently moving into my dream place!!! I'm so glad I put my trust in the right person.

Vicky is a very hard worker and does whatever it takes to get the job done. We had many negative setbacks on other sides of our deal but the buying side with Vicky was amazing. We would highly recommend Vicky as an outstanding agent that will help you find your next home.

Kevin made my condo-buying experience such a dream. He listened to what I wanted and let me guide the process while keeping me aware of our timeline and when certain steps would have to be taken to stay on track. We looked at many listings but ended up going with a brand new construction and Kevin expertly led me through what to expect in that situation. He quickly responded to any questions I had, even after hours. When we finally closed, Kevin celebrated with me and sent me to my new home with a bottle of champagne, a box of chocolates, and a sweet card about how it was working with me to find my home. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin Burrows.
