Having Joelle as your realtor is like having a secret super power. In this competitive market, you really can't afford not to have someone like Joelle. She is 100 percent on top of her game-- knows all the competitive strategies and when to employ them. She helped us win our on our dream home when there were 10 competitive offers. We almost didn't put a bid because we felt so intimidated at the open house when we went by ourselves and saw how crowded it was But then we went with Joelle and the air changed lol. The seller realtors recognized her and immediately took us seriously as competitive buyers. We talked through a whole list of potential strategies and Joelle told us honestly what she thought would help make our application stand out. Joelle also goes above and beyond, connecting us with contractor recommendations, lenders with great mortgage rates, even recs for where to grab a tasty bite lol. Consider yourself so lucky if you get the chance to work with Joelle! As first time home buyers, Joelle made the process so easy for us. We appreciated that she spent time with us to make sure we understood the process. She was also very responsive (I don't know how she does it!!) and always made herself available whether it was for a house tour or to answer a question. We ultimately ended up with the perfect house because of Joelle's guidance! She's the best!

Joelle is the best! We didn't think we would be able to find a house in our price range that met all of our needs in any of the towns where we wanted to buy, but Joelle found us the perfect home on a beautiful side street in Melrose. It is not an exaggeration to say that she is the only reason we are able to move houses! Joelle was a comforting and reassuring partner throughout the home-buying process, dealing with curveballs like difficult sellers and giving us excellent recommendations for contractors to help update some features of the house before we moved in.
