All of my dealings with John A. Williams, Realtor, RE/MAX Edge Realty, were very professional from our initial meeting to the signing of our closing documents. Being an expert in the industry for the past 20 years was proven during the selling experience. At the beginning, he thoroughly explained the process of selling our condo. As this was the first time that I sold a property, going through all of the steps in the process was very helpful and informative. He was very responsive to all of my texts - regardless of the day and/or time that they were sent. He kept me informed of all of the requests made by the future owner - including asking for a visit so that measurements could be taken for new flooring to be ordered. I would recommend John Williams in the future for anyone interested in selling their property. It was a positive interaction and a smooth transaction overall.

John made alot of transactions happen in a short amount of time. We sold our condo and bought a house in a very challenging market, which takes alot of experience and "know how". His patience and communication skills helped build greater trust and reduce the anxiety involved in such an important life decision. As a first time home-buyer, I was unfamiliar with the process and a little overwhelmed as I started looking at homes. John was AWESOME and knowledgeable. He made the process so easy. He always got back to me very quickly. Buying my home ended up being a surprisingly low stress experience thanks to John. HIGHLY recommend.

John made both the house buying and selling process a breeze! He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable working with him and knew he was just a phone call away at anytime of the day or night to answer all of our questions. John exceeded all of our expectations!

John Williams was recommended to us through a friend of the family and we loved every moment of it. He helped us sell our old house and find our new forever home. Truly easy to work with. When we would look at a house that we would think was for us and ended not being, he wouldn't force anything on us. Helped us work with the best of our money. We looked at multiple houses and he was there every step of the way. Truly am thankful for his knowledge and help.
