searching for a home with John was perfect. He was ambitious and motivated while ensuring that I did not feel any type of pressure or hurry. While most real estate agents try to sell you on each house as you walk in, John would simply see if I liked anything in particular about each house we visited so he could make recommendations. He would reserve his personal thoughts until asked and it really made the whole process so much smoother. Always nice and relaxing to have someone who feels like they are your friend rather than you being just another client.

John knows the area very well and knows what properties are worth. We had an offer the first day and John walked us through the process making the hole thing a breeze. Anyone not using John is doing themselves a disservice.

John is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. We asked to see the house we purchased quite a few times before committing and John happily helped us through the entire process. This was our first time buying a family home so we were looking for some guidance and John answered all of our questions with ease and gave his honest opinion during our search, which we really appreciated. He made what normally can be considered a stressful experience into a fun and memorable one. He also quickly and easily sold my condo in Oak Forest. We would highly recommend John to anyone in need of a realtor!

My wife and I spent an entire summer looking for our first home. Being new to the area, we contacted John Healy to show us some homes. He was very knowledgeable of the area and was very patient us. He had great insight for these first-time buyers. If I was looking to buy or sell, John would be my first call.
