John and Rebecca first helped us buy our first home back in 2022. Me and my husband had no idea what we were doing, and kept changing our minds on whether or not we were ready to buy a house. Through it all, John helped us persist, and we bought our first home successfully using the VA Loan (which John is very knowedgeable about); the house was perfect for us, and the buying process was seamless and as stress free as possible. Just this year we sold our house, and trusted that we would be in good hands using John again. We sold our house successfully, and again the process was seamless, even in the provess opf PCSing to our new military base. If we ever move to the area again, we will definitely be utilizing the Logan Home Group for house searching.

John, is more than a realtor. He’s a brother in arms and a dedicated man. My journey with, John began in 2018. I was unaware of certain real estate aspects so decided to regather and try later on. Four years later, I was ready and let’s say… from start to finish it was an amazing experience. John, has an excellent team that works around the clock. Shout out to , Erin! She was excellent and answered all of the questions My wife and I had. Also, shout out to Becky! Who helped us with all of the administrative tasks that home buying includes. The Logan Home Group #1 real estate group in MD! Update 2024*** Two years later my family and I were blessed with an opportunity to move up north. We called, John initially with questions about renting out our property and he pointed us out in the right direction. We then decided that the renter market was not for us and called John back to sell our home. We were moved out at this point, living in a different state and starting our new jobs. John and Becky, literally handled our entire transaction from start to finish without us being physically present! Let me tell you that it was a blessing. It gets better…. the house was on the market for two days, received numerous inquiries and we closed on our sale with 10K over asking. Call John and Becky to buy or sell your home. Trust me! We recently had the pleasure of working with Erin Greenberg from Logan Home Group, and she was the best realtor we could imagine. My wife and I struggled for months to buy a home using my VA loan, facing numerous challenges along the way. Despite the roadblocks, Erin was by our side through thick and thin. She was relentless in her efforts, thoroughly inspecting each house and pointing out both the good and the bad. Her priority was always finding us the right home, not just earning a commission. Thanks to Erin's dedication and expertise, we found the perfect house and closed on it this past Friday. The Logan Home Group did an incredible job assisting me in finding and purchasing my first home. They were willing to answer any and all of my questions regarding the process and made the stressful experience that much easier. When visiting and touring homes for purchase their agents were very clear and concise about how they felt the house stacked against the requested price and always offered their expert opinions. Overall I would recommend this realty group to anyone looking to purchase a home in Maryland, it was an incredible experience!

John and Erin helped me find a home from across the country when I had to move for the military. Erin did very detailed walk throughs with open honesty on the good and bad of what she was seeing. John was knowledgeable on the area made sure my commute to and from work was reasonable even with traffic. They are more concerned with their clients well being and happiness than making a sale. Both John and Erin are very kind and patient, and the support doesn't end with the purchase. I regularly ask John questions for family members and he has been helping me figure out the best course of action for dealing with the house during my current relocation. John has also help me find property managers and reviewed contracts with me to make sure I wouldn't have anything to worry about while I executed my new orders. I really couldn't ask for a better team of people to work with.
