John was excellent helping us buy our first home and was with us through every step of the way. We were living in a different state at the time so he helped us look at places, found properties that matched what we were looking for and was very responsive and energetic. He is very knowledgeable about the area we were looking and recommended some locations that suited our needs in terms of proximity to our work location. He was with us every step of the way and since this was our first home buying experience guided us through the whole process. John did an incredible job with my partner and I. John went out of his way countless times to get us in to see homes immediately when we wanted to see them. For someone like John who is a real busy realtor, he made sure to get back to us within a reasonable amount of time whenever it came to us having questions about anything. John has skin in the game to be able to tell you like it is and also give you more details about the surrounding areas during your home search with him. He was always prepared and knew exactly what to look for when it came to noticing problematic things in homes that may not be noticed by first time home buyers. As first time home buyers entering in the market in what was a very brutal housing market with low inventory (we looked for 6 months), John did the absolute best he could. He showed us data to explain to us why the market was in it's current position and worked with us every step of the way on our plan of attack when trying to find our ideal home. He even went as far as to negotiate our deal to get us into the best possible position, doing things that we didn't even ask him to do, but very much appreciated from the bottom of our hearts. As a first time home buyer, I was very out of the loop on quite a lot of things that I never encountered before. John went out of his way constantly to ensure that my partner and I felt comfortable and prepared. John is the type of person who will go above and beyond to get as much as he can for you.
