John joined us on our 1st home buying experience in earlier in the year. We put John through 3 long months of searching, trying to make sure we found the right home, for the right price for our budget. John was extremely patient and understanding the entire time. John arranged to view homes at some inconvenient last minute times, but he made it happen. When we thought we settled on a home, we found out some additional information late in the process and had to back out, then start the search all over again. 2nd home we settled on, the offer wasn't accepted, restart button once again. As they say 3rd times a charm, we finally closed on our home! When John needed to make things happen, he did. I would highly recommend John from a buyer's perspective. His cool, calm, and collected approach to the process is very comforting during what normally can be a very stressful process. Thank you John!

We listed the house with John and in a matter of a day or two he came to os with a fair offer, we thanked him for selling our home quickly. I was pleased with everything John offered when selling our house.
