If I could give Johnna 10 stars I would. She is basically the best in the area hands down. She made sure that the selling of my house went flawlessly and got me the best price for the sale. I can not say enough good things about her. I dealt with several other realtors and they did not know what in the hell they were doing. Johnna went above and beyond and I can not thank her enough. P.S. I am a man of few words as Johnna can attest, but I had to give her kudos for a job well done.

Johanna is a great person! She really helped me a lot! She went above and beyond my expectations! If you have property for sell, shes defiantly the person! She will get it sold no matter! You dont find many people these days that will go out of their way to help you, she did in so many ways! I highly recommend Johnna with Blue Dolphin Reality!

Johnna was very helpful, fast to respond back, and answered every question that I had. I would recommend her to anyone! Every time I texted or emailed her she responded back right away, even on weekends. I do think that she went beyond my expectations.

Ms. Maertz was very helpful in finding my family and I a house to rent. she was very professional, knowledgeable of the house and landlord, and easy to talk to. I am also thankful for her quick response time, since we are relocating with the job, we needed to find a place to stay quickly. I am highly recommending Ms. Maertz to my coworkers who are interested in moving to Columbus. Again, I was very impressed by Ms. Maertz and enjoyed doing business with her.
