Johnny and his team are absolutely fantastic. We had a home in mind but weren’t sure if our offer was good enough. Johnny went to work right away with the offer and was able to get it accepted. After the offer was accepted the rest of the process was seamless with his team. They were with us every step of the way and were always very responsive to phone calls and texts. Johnny and Paige were wonderful! From start to finish! Johnny listened to my concerns when I met with him and he came up with a strategic marketing plan and the showings started immediately! I was shocked. And of course got a written contract within days. I would absolutely recommend Johnny for the next sale or purchase of your home. He honestly works hard to sell your home.

Working with Johnny Royall was a wonderful experience. I can proudly say he is a friend not just my realtor. Not knowing much about purchasing a home he was patient, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator. He understood our needs and worked hard to see them through. No matter how tried i became with the process he never waiver and continue to encourage me through the process. I can say I was an hard egg, but he kept me positive and uplifted.
