I worked with Jolena on my first ever land purchase. It's hard for me to fully express in words how impressed I was by Jolena and how thankful I am for her hard work and honesty. Given my newness to this process, there were a number of times where I thought I'd found the property I wanted, but it was actually the wrong property for me. I didn't know better and was willing to pull the trigger. And in multiple instances Jolena went far out of her way to deeply research the property I was considering - sometimes spending hours on the phone with local agencies trying to verify the state of the local septic systems, etc. And she'd turn me away from a property if she had any hesitation. It would have been easy to let me buy a sub standard property. But, Jolena pushed me to continue the search until we found the perfect property. And I cannot easily express how thankful I am for that. She's truly amazing and I'd recommend her to anyone I knew without hesitation.

“Jolena was Great, she was responsive and followed through on all of our questions. She told us everything, just like it was, no sugar coating which is exactly what we wanted and needed. I will and have recommended her to others, she made a difficult change in our lives so much smoother than it might have been. Top notch, we ran into some issues with the City and our sewer line (SLIP), and she shepherded us through the whole process, including some great recommendations for local businesses. Couldn't have been a better experience, she even helped scout out an agent across the country in Maine that we were able to contract with and purchase our new home! Jolena listened and participated with us through the entire process. She was always available, even for the small questions we had.”

If I could give more stars I would! My husband and I knew we wanted to spend the last chapter of our lives in Sandpoint over 4 years ago. We sent many questions to various realtors, Jolena responded. She has been more than that for so long. Answering our many questions, and reviewing places we had questions about. You see we were in Hawaii. We cannot say enough, she truly cares about your venture. She looks out for you, she answers questions you never knew to ask, and answers those you ask. We have had unique circumstances and she stuck with us. Today we signed and got keys to our new home! If you are looking for a realtor, Jolena is it! No question. She cares and will take good care of you!

Our family purchased a house site unseen solely based on our trust in Jolena. We bought from out-of-state and worked with Jolena to buy a house for over a year until we found the house of our dreams. We immediately felt comfortable with Jolena and instantly felt so fortunate to have found a realtor like her. First of all, Jolena is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market overall. She has a tremendous amount of expertise regarding real estate and especially the northern Idaho area. She has excellent negotiation skills and treats everyone involved fairly. For our family, finding such a well-rounded realtor like Jolena was about so much more than finding the perfect home. Jolena is an ambassador to the area she serves, connecting and networking her clients with other people within the community, not just for the purpose of purchasing a home, but to help families like ours begin a life in a whole new place. She gives great attention to every concern her clients have and she is always patient and detail-oriented. Our family will always be grateful for Jolena and for her hard work in helping our family’s needs and dreams become a reality.

Jolena just helped us with a new build purchase. It was long process and she was with us every step of the way. She was our voice and made us feel like there were no silly questions! She is knowledgeable in all facets of real estate! We have used her buy and sell and she has always gone the extra mile for us! None of our transactions were straight forward, easy deals and she still handled them with ease! She is a true professional!
