I met Zina about 3 years ago when she was in our building. I immediately was impressed with her professionalism, and great personality. I was not in the market to sell my office condo at that time, but kept her card. When the time came to sell, I knew who I wanted to represent me, I called Zina right away and she went right to work. Every step of the way went great. Her communication skills were wonderful, and she always answered her phone. The property sold in about 2 months. She made our experience easy and pain free. Jon helped me sell and purchase a new property and is truly the best at what he does. He is knowledgeable, very responsive and is the guy who will fight for your best interest. There is no challenge Jon can't overcome and will ensure the deal always run smoothly. He is always up to date and has a great team working along side him. The whole experience was top notch!

Courtney is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and experienced. We were searching for our first home, so we had all the questions and had no idea what to expect other than escrow and inspections. Courtney was there for support the entire way from searching what was available to closing escrow and receiving our keys and setting up our utilities! She had the answer to all our questions and truly listened to what we wanted. We spent countless hours visiting houses all over Los Angeles that matched our criteria, Courtney had so many to show us and was able to come up with way more options than we could ever find on our own. Within a month we found the one and went into escrow, she's very much a reasonable negotiator, she understands when and how to propose certain terms in addition to the payment price offer and how to communicate effectively with the seller/seller's agent. She will stand firm for the most important terms and will allow for a discussion on the others. We are so thankful for Courtney's help and irreplaceable services!
