Due to a cross-country move, we sold our house in July of 2021 for a record-breaking price per sqft in the PDR area at that time. Alicia's efforts to make that happen can not be understated. She was with us at every step, calmly making sure everything that goes into the selling of a house, happened seamlessly and with excellent communication. But the story doesn't end there!...In 2024 we needed to sell a house in another state and Alicia took it upon herself to spend time vetting the agents we were considering using - which ultimately guided our decision on which agent to use, and led to that house being sold for much higher than listing. Alicia is truly THE Realtor to reach out to and when we return to the area we will be using her, and only her, to purchase our new home.

After about two years of looking for the perfect home, Navin was able to help me get an amazing deal on a condo with a super quick close. Her knowledge of the LA market helped me narrow down the best neighborhood for me. I was able to move swiftly on a listing because of her organization, professionalism, and ease of processes.
