Jonathan D. Kirk: what a fantastic agent! He sold my house in less than 3 weeks and for more than the asking price. Need I say more? OK, I will! Consummate professional, perfect gentleman, great communicator, excellent knowledge of real estate market, provider of confidence, and true to his word. Jon is one of the top Realtors in the Baltimore region, and he did not disappoint. Jon sells multi-million dollar homes; my home was not a multi-million dollar home, but he treated me as if it were. That is, the amount of care and respect he had for my home and myself, was not dependent on the amount of his commission.

Excellent job selling my property quickly when my prior Fed Hill realty company (well known and established) basically let it sit for months. Jonathan clearly puts in the thought and legwork to get the job done. Highly recommended.

Jonathan sold my mother in-laws house in days. He did what he said he would do. Was always respectful and always available. He made it easy for us at a time we were going through alot of issues with her health along with living two hours away. We are appreciative and highly recommend him. We couldn't of chose a better realtor.

Jonathan made my home search and purchasing experience so easy for me as a first time buyer. He was always available to answer any questions I had and took the time to make sure I understood everything. He genuinly cares about his clients and I cannot recommend him enough. He has even reached out a few times after the purchase just to check in. If there ever is a time I decide to sell and or purchase another home I know exactly where I am going! Two thumbs up!

Jonathan and his team did an amazing job with the listing and selling of our home! I can;t imagine finding better value from another realtor, as far as photos, virtual walk-throughs and marketing materials. Jonathan himself is always easily reachable and responsive at all times. I couldn't recommend him and his team more!
