Highly recommend Tobias Green from Marks Realty! He was such an integral part of our team when my husband and I purchased our first home from overseas, sight unseen. Not only was Tobias our eyes on the ground, he was also our guide through each step. His input and knowledge were invaluable, and I felt like he had such a good read on who my husband and I are as people and what kind of home would work best for our young family. He felt like an old and trusted friend, and I would definitely work with him again!

Tobias provided me with several emotionally corrective experiences with realtors. He embodies the best qualities of a realtor - knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic but not pushy, and patient and understanding with my often indecisive process around looking at homes. He supported me all along the winding path to home ownership and was always available and responsive to any questions I had. I am now, gratefully, living in the home of my dreams. I really lucked out stumbling across Tobias and Marks Realty Group and would recommend him and his group to any of my friends or family. Tobias is top!

Worked with Tobias to purchase a home under an extremely compressed timeframe while visiting the area from overseas. He understood us and our situation right away, and took on a challenge that seemed to intimidate some other agents. His organization, understanding, and enthusiasm made the seemingly impossible into reality. A pleasure to deal with through one of the more stressful experiences of our lives. Tobias is an excellent agent. He's personable, conscientious, diligent and well-organized. While he is extremely knowledgeable about the local area, he'll readily admit if he doesn't have a particular piece of information and will take the time to find it for you. I would highly recommend Tobias to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable buyer's agent.

With Bay Area real estate prices going to an all time high, the stakes are equally high to make the right decision and use the right toolset to evaluate and close on a property that's a fit for you. I'm convinced that we had an edge in every step of navigating this market because of Tobias's expertise. On making the right decision. He helped us: * Identify neighborhoods that are a good fit for our medium/long term goals. * Helped us prioritize/understand the property traits that we should look for(such as proximity to the park, restaurants etc.). * Helped us get comfortable with areas we can compromise on in the short term(such as things that can be modified post purchase-> he even connected us with a great handy man!) On giving us the right toolset: * He helped us with investment calculators and even considered our personal financial situation. * He used his relationships to back channel where necessary to get give us information asymmetry and negotiation power. All this aside he's also just a wonderful human and pays particular attention to the small details (such as making our move in experience enjoyable, sending us small gifts etc.). It's the difference between taking a tour bus to see the city vs a a cool friend showing you all the good spots.
