Joe Zang is an exceptional realtor! Dedicated and professional, he worked tirelessly to help me find my perfect home. Joe listened to what I wanted in a home and only showed me houses that matched my requirements. He was patient and never pressured me to buy a home that wasn't right for me. Joe knows the area and is connected to others in the real estate arena and really knows the business. I am now the owner of my perfect "forever" home, thanks to Joe's tireless efforts. Even after the sale, he worked diligently to make sure my home was move-in ready. I highly recommend Joe Zang to anyone looking for an experienced, professional realtor in the Cecil County and Maryland area.

I was connected with Joe via the Zillow app when I saw a home that I was interested in browsing. Joe always made himself available whether it was a weekday or weekend. The communication during the bidding and negotiating process was beyond my expectations. I would text Joe and have a response within minutes. He was great to work with and would highly recommend him. My one suggestion based on my recent purchase would be to make sure there is better communication between the settlement dates especially when making a contingent purchase. That caused a minor issue but doesn't negate the overall experience. Thank you Joe!

Joe Zang III is hands down the best Realtor we've ever worked with. He is personable, proactive, extremely knowledgeable about the area, and perhaps most important, he really listens to his clients ~ Joe's goal is to find you the house you want, not just to sell you a house. We worked with him for over a year, touring many houses, often on weekends, & could tell by his comments that he was invested in the process, & had our best interests at heart. We had one deal that fell through due to issues we discovered during the inspection. There were no hard feelings ~ Joe immediately hit the ground running with more houses for us to see. The house we wound up buying is one we'd gone back to look at several times, & Joe was always willing to take another look, or make some phone calls to be sure our questions got answered. He's continued to be helpful even after closing, with recommendations for local contractors, etc.. We would highly recommend him!

My wife and I highly recommend Joe as a realtor. Joe helped us search out and find our dream home. He was quick to respond to all questions, he knows and understands the community he serves, and he maintained the highest level of professionalism. Joe went out of his way on several occasions to ensure the purchase of our new home as well as the sale of our old home went smoothly. His clients are clearly his number one priority and most importantly, he gets the job done!

When I needed to sell a property in Cecil County – 80 miles from my home in an area I knew nothing about – I turned to the internet to explore my options. Of the several agents I considered, I decided on Joe Zang because he had many listings in the area, called me back within a few hours, and had a great deal of expert answers to my many questions. Joe could not have been more knowledgeable or more helpful! When I couldn’t be there to meet one contractor or another, he’d meet them. When the house suddenly needed a new air conditioner ASAP while I was out of town, he went and bought it and installed it! Joe consistently went above and beyond what anyone could expect of their realtor – and in the end it was his personal engagement that wrapped up the sale.
